Peruvian art

Here are some curious works of contemporary art found in a couple of museums in Cusco (Peru) that appealed to me, for instance the colours of the first – rather simplistic – one called "Fruto del Amor" (Fruit of Love), or intrigued me, for example the monster face in 3D or the (very) weird painting of women at medical consultations.

Mentioning this visit to museums reminds be of the teaser for the Google Art Project with its cool music. By the way, www.googleartproject.com added more museums lately – there are even two museums of Lima there, including the superb Museo Larco (check out this funerary mask) and its erotic ceramic works (it’s art, remember), for instance these ones http://goo.gl/vziRz, http://goo.gl/an2t0, http://goo.gl/KGibI or http://goo.gl/JHxHs (NSFW, you’ve been warned :).
